Thus, throughout our history, we have applied innovative initiatives such as Zero Accident and Zero Damage which resulted in a deep-rooted safety culture, which has reported excellent results in terms of accident rates in recent years.
Our business activity is part of a sustainable growth policy where responsibility towards our workers, community and environment is paramount.
We develop programs aimed at our workers, their families and the community in general, especially in the health, social, training and recreation areas.
Our integrated management system allows us to streamline processes, guarantee quality, compete at high international standards, and take care of our personnel, the communities and the environment. Our certifications include standards ISO 9001, ISO 14.001, and OHSAS 18001.
Sustainability Initiatives in Mas Errázuriz
We are a company committed to the well-being of society. We support the protection of children's rights, through the María de la Luz Foundation.
María de la Luz Foundationis a non-profit foundation, created in 1998 in memory of María de la Luz Zañartu. The foundation collaborates with the National Service for Minors, and it manages 2 Residences. The Betania Girls' Residence is located in the city of Pucón and the Pablo VI Children's and Youth Residence is located in the city of San Felipe.
100% of the children who enter the foundation have had their rights seriously violated; it is understood that this is a situations where boys and girls have been exposed to abandonment, neglect, physical abuse, psychological abuse, sexual abuse, among others.
The Foundation works with children and their families, providing tools that allow them a new chance at life. Children who come of age and do not have a family group are also prepared for adult life. The Foundation is concerned with providing a job and also access to Higher Education, preparing them for independent living so they can face life with sufficient resources to function alone in society.
Integrated Management System
Mas Errázuriz Engineering and Construction has an Integrated quality, environment, safety and health at work management system based on international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 that ensure the best service provision in “Construction Project Development” to clients, improving results for the interested parties.
To achieve this, it guides the development of all its activities in an environment of quality and productivity, driven by the commitment of Senior Management, contractors and suppliers, who have assumed process management as the operational basis for administration.
Mas Errázuriz promotes the improvements of its processes in order to provide high competitiveness levels and therefore, continued participation in the market.
Objectives of the Integrated Management System:

Reaching an objective is a sign of commitment and leadership that allows the company to position itself within the high competitiveness standards at national and international level.
Security
In this context, we implemented a "Zero Accident" policy as from the beginning of 2000, providing our workers with the best safety standards and training them to carry out actions with controlled risks.
On this line of continuous improvement we want to go further for the benefit of our personnel and our clients. For this reason, we have implemented a “Zero Harm” policy in all the areas of our work.
This policy has achieved excellent results and this is reflected in the current safety indicators of Mas Errázuriz.
Quality and environment
We have a labor skills certification system, with the purpose to contribute to the development of our personnel and to guarantee excellent service.
We develop social, health and recreation programs that contribute to the well-being of our workers and their families.
